Empowering Wellness Through Yoga

My mission is to guide others toward freedom through the transformative power of yoga, movement, and breath. I believe that by letting go of pain, embracing the present moment, and understanding our true purpose, we can all find the freedom to live fully. Yoga is the key to unlocking that freedom, helping us shed the weight of external expectations and reconnect with our true selves. Through my teaching, I offer tools for peace, clarity, and spiritual growth, empowering you to live freely and soar like an eagle.

An avid explorer of an active lifestyle, Cat finds solace in nature through activities like hiking and working out. Cat embodies the spirit of a perpetual learner, always seeking to uncover deeper truths through her life journey in the gym, yoga, dance, breathwork, and travel. In her classes and sessions, Cat teaches you how to use your breath as a tool in any movement or stillness practice so you can optimize performance in all areas of life. She is dedicated to helping you forge a stronger connection between your breath and body to help you move from fear to freedom so you can be who you came here to be.

              My journey into yoga began entangled in the pain of pleasing others, grieving the loss of my dad, and carrying the weight of life’s challenges. This struggle, however, opened the door to my greatest gift: the ability to teach and learn through yoga. For me, yoga is not just a practice; it’s a path to freedom—a way to fly free from the burdens that hold us down. I help others heal so they can truly live, guiding them through the journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. We all have the wings to fly, but sometimes we’re too entrenched in the lives of others. Let yoga be your guide to living free, finding peace, and embracing the present moment.
